Before any file reaches the financing stage, it goes through a set of checks designed to confirm the project is real, coherent, and ready to be supported. This is what keeps our recommendations reliable.
Initial screening
We confirm the project fits one of our funding areas and that the information provided is coherent.
Document verification
Supporting documents (quotes, plans, enrolment letters, etc.) are checked against what the project actually requires.
Expert interview
A direct conversation with your assigned expert to clarify anything the file alone can't explain.
Final validation
Only once the project is confirmed coherent and realistic do we move forward with a financing proposal.
